All NeoForex Expert Advisors (MT4/MT5) are digital software products.
Once the product is delivered and the license is activated, it cannot be returned.
✅ 2. No Refunds After Activation
Because EAs are downloadable and license-based, we do not offer refunds after:
- The EA has been downloaded
- The license has been activated
- The product has been used or installed
This is to prevent unauthorized sharing, copying, or piracy.
✅ 3. Eligible Refund Cases
We offer refunds only under the following rare conditions:
✅ You made a duplicate payment
✅ You purchased the wrong product and have not activated the license
✅ The EA cannot be activated due to a proven technical issue on our side
If your issue qualifies, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
✅ 4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
❌ You expected profits or performance results
❌ You do not understand how forex trading works
❌ Your broker has restrictions or different market conditions
❌ You changed your mind after purchase
❌ You attempted chargebacks without contacting support
❌ Your VPS, internet, or platform has issues
Trading results vary — no system can guarantee profits.
